EN1149-5 Antistatic Fabric
product center
The antistatic fabrics produced by our company are all conductive filament fibers made of KB SEIREN Belltron® [Beirut Dragon] Our conductive fabrics can pass the EN1149-5 test Beirutron is a composite fiber made of conductive particles and a common polymer. The conductive layer connected to the exposed surface of the fiber can improve the ability of charge movement, diffusion and self-discharge, and has superior anti-static performance. The electrostatic removal effect of the conductive fiber is mainly achieved through the electrode discharge to neutralize the charge and charge movement expansion (grounding effect). When two substances of different kinds rub together and are separated, one creates a positive and negative charge. The air around the conductive fibers is electrolysed, creating positive and negative ions that move toward the oppositely charged body, neutralizing the charge and discharging the electrodes.
